Go Bare-Faced to the Gym

I used to swipe on BB cream before class because I didn’t want to look “too bare.” But after noticing more clogged pores, I ditched the makeup and stuck to sunscreen. My skin instantly felt lighter and breathed so much better during workouts.

Cleanse Before You Sweat

There were days I’d run straight from the office to the gym, still wearing a full face of makeup. Bad idea. Sweat + foundation = recipe for breakouts. Now, I keep micellar wipes in my gym bag and do a quick cleanse before hitting the treadmill.
